What’s the solution?
In the 1970’s, Dow Corning developed and patented a residual antimicrobial molecule. It was primarily focused on the elimination of odors on textiles. First, we have the foundational molecule or the Silane base. This creates a very strong bond with a target substring. The Propyl group connects the Silane with the positively charged Nitrogen atom. The molecule is then topped by 18 carbons surrounded by a field of protons which acts to pierce harmful microbes and begin their destruction. Once bound to the surface, the molecule’s durability is highlighted where it can withstand a series of normal cleaning procedures and surface activity. The positive charge of the non-leaching molecule attracts bacterial, fungal and viral contaminants. These pathogens are drawn toward the molecule and pierced by the carbon chain before being overwhelmed. The proton rich environment surrounding the carbon chain and then finally the lethal charge of the nitrogen atom win the day.
This destroys the microbe without potentially harming the environment.

The active molecule stays in suspension for greater timeframes due to the uniform delivering and even dispersion upon application as well as due to the actual construction of the molecule itself.
